When you need your employees to register the number of hours and at which rate they have worked for another company, you can manage this with the time tracking expenses. For the calculation of these expenses, it is necessary that you enter the relevant rate(s) first in 'Settings' - 'Company Settings' - 'Time tracking'.

When you click on the green button 'Add time tracking rate', the following screen will open where you can fill in all the details:

You can also limit rates to projects if relevant, to avoid mistakes from users.
