The menu ‘Advances’ is only visible in the left navigation bar if your administrator has activated it for you. If it is not visible, all advances for your company will be created by a 'Treasurer'.
By clicking on the menu you will enter the next screen:
Here you will see an overview of the created advances and you can create new advances by clicking on the green button "Create advance":
When all the details have been filled in and the advance is saved it will show up in your overview:
The selected user can now select this payment method when completing the expenses.
The administrator of the Xpenditure account can activate the treasurer role by going to Company Settings > Users > click on the user that should get the treasurer role > mark the treasurer checkbox > hit Save.
That user will now see the cash advance tab in their menu on the left.
